I thought the process of the site was easy to maneuver. I sent this arrangement to my daughter-in-law who had just had surgery. They received in a timely manner. Although, I won't be able to see the actual arrangement, they said it was pretty. I do hope it did look a lot like the picture on the ordering site. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 5.
